This test measures IgG, IgA, and IgM antibodies against five major neuron-specific antigens: myelin basic protein, asialoganglioside, alpha + beta tubulin, cerebellar, and synapsin. These antibodies are detected in patients with a variety of neuroimmune disorders, chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia, viral infections including SARS-CoV-2, EBV, CMV, HHV-6, long COVID, neuropsychiatric disorders, and exposure to toxic chemicals and molds and mycotoxins.
