Before You Start
- Please read the test collection instructions carefully.
- If you’ve recently had an MRI with gadolinium-based contrast, wait at least 4 days before collecting your sample.
- DO NOT collect your sample while menstruating.
- Use only the provided vial and collection containers to avoid contamination of the specimen. Use of other collection materials may result in falsely elevated results.
1 Week Before Collection
- Omit fish and shellfish from your diet.
48 Hours Before Collection
- Avoid taking non-essential medications and dietary supplements.
- DO NOT discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting your healthcare provider.
Day of Collection
- Collect a single urination.
