Before You Start

24 Hours Before Collection
- Eat your usual diet, but avoid over-eating any single food or following an extreme or restrictive diet.
Night Before Collection
- You must fast overnight before your collection.
- Fasting means you don't eat or drink anything except water.
- Your doctor should provide any special instructions related to fasting for your test. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
- Freeze the provided freezer brick for at least 8 hours before collection.
