Before You Start
- Please read the test collection instructions carefully.
Night Before Collection
- Do not use mouthwash.
Day of Collection
- Collect your sample immediately upon waking.
- Avoid the following activities:
- Eating food
- Brushing your teeth
- Flossing your teeth
- Using mouthwash
- Chewing gum
- Using tobacco products
- Drinking anything other than water
- Wash your hands right before collecting your sample.
