The Fatty15 Cellular Strength Test measures your C15:0 levels along with Lipid Peroxides, which allows you to fix nutritional C15:0 deficiencies, optimize your cellular strength, and slow cellular aging.

Before You Start
- Please read the provided test collection instructions carefully.
- DO NOT collect samples if you are menstruating or if there is visible blood in the urine.
Day Before Collection
- In the 24 hours before collection, drink no more than 48 ounces of fluid.
- Fast for 12 hours before your collection.
- Fasting means you don't eat or drink anything except water.
- Your doctor should provide any special instructions related to fasting for your test. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
- Freeze the provided gel pack at least 8 hours before sample collection.
Day of Collection
- Before you collect, attach a completed label to the urine tube and bloodspot card.
- Collect your first morning urination.
- Place the urine tube in the freezer for at least 2 hours and keep frozen until ready to ship.
- Allow the bloodspot collection card to air dry for 24 hours before shipping.
