Before You Start

- Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist.
- Please consult your healthcare practitioner regarding timing if you take any of the following:

2–3 Weeks Before Collection
- Eat a varied diet that includes a range of foods.
Day Before Collection
- Freeze the provided freezer brick for at least 8 hours before your blood draw.
