  • DO NOT collect your urine sample while menstruating.
  • Avoid antibiotics for 48 hours before urine sample collection. If you are taking antibiotics, complete the course, wait 48 hours, and then collect.
  • Avoid the following foods and supplements for 48 hours before urine sample collection.

    • Grapes (including raisins) and grape juice
