- Please read the provided test collection instructions carefully.
- You will collect two samples: saliva and blood.
- Collect your saliva samples the day before your blood draw.
- Blood sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist.
- Ship your samples Monday - Thursday ONLY.
Day of Saliva Collection
- DO NOT eat or drink anything but water for 1 hour before each of your saliva sample collections.
- Your first saliva sample collection should be done within 30 minutes of waking.
- You will collect four saliva samples throughout one day.
- Freeze the provided ice pack for at least 4-6 hours before your blood draw.
Day of Blood Collection
- Bring your saliva samples and the frozen ice pack with you to your blood draw.
