Phlebotomy required

Details

The Cardio IQ® Insulin Resistance Panel with Score is a test that measures insulin levels in the blood to help diagnose diabetes, pre-diabetes, and insulin resistance syndromes. Insulin, a hormone made by the pancreas, helps your body use glucose for energy. The test also looks at C-peptide levels, which are linked to insulin production, to provide a clearer picture of how well your body is managing blood sugar. The Insulin Resistance score integrates these clinical parameters to assess your risk and severity of insulin resistance.

  • C-Peptide
  • Insulin Resistance Score
  • Insulin, Intact, Lc/Ms/Ms

Estimated days for results: Results should be available in 2 - 5 business days after the sample is collected
