Cyclospora and Isospora Examination - Cyclospora cayetanensis and Isospora belli are coccidian parasites that cause malaise, low-grade fever, and diarrhea. Fatigue, anorexia, vomiting, myalgia, and weight loss occur. The clinical presentation for those patients infected with either disease is similar.
