Glucose, PP 2-Hour (75g) - This test is used for the routine diagnosis of diabetes. A 75g glucose load is administered to the patient in place of a meal. If results are positive, and the patient is pregnant, a 3 hour oral glucose tolerance test should be performed for confirmation of gestational diabetes.
