Immunoglobulins Panel, Serum - Elevations of IgG, A and/or M are seen in generalized hypergammaglobulinemia, chronic inflammatory conditions and in lymphoproliferative diseases such as multiple myeloma, lymphoma and leukemias. Decreased levels are found in immunodeficiency states, generalized hypogammaglobulinemia and in unrecognized pediatric patients.
