Sodium Test - This test is crucial for diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the body's water and salt balance. It's particularly helpful for conditions like aldosteronism, diabetes insipidus, adrenal hypertension, Addison's Disease, dehydration, and inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. These conditions can lead to an imbalance in electrolytes, which are minerals in the blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge.
