Details
TSH, Pregnancy - This test measures the levels of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) which are typically lower during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Recent studies have found that even slightly elevated TSH levels during pregnancy can lead to negative outcomes. Following this, the American Thyroid Association recommends using specific reference intervals for each trimester to ensure accurate assessment.
