The Tiny Health Child Gut Health Test provides deep, age-appropriate gut microbiome analysis for children ages 3–18, powered by deep shotgun metagenomics. This test delivers species- and strain-level resolution across 120,000+ microbial genomes like bacteria, viruses, fungi, archaea, and protozoan parasites with results benchmarked to pediatric-specific reference ranges and processed in a CLIA- and CAP-certified U.S. lab. Reports are delivered in approximately 3–4 weeks.

The test measures microbiome composition and diversity relative to age-matched peers, biomarkers associated with eczema, asthma, allergic disease, and food sensitivities, gut condition associations for constipation, picky eating, and sleep, and functional profiling that maps microbial metabolic activity in the child's gut.
