Details
The Combination Kit brings together TruAge and TruHealth from a single blood collection, pairing insights into biological aging with epigenetic indicators of health. TruAge assesses biological age, pace of aging, and aging across 11 organ systems through OMICmAge, DunedinPACE, and SYMPHONYAge. TruHealth adds context through markers related to metabolic health, inflammation, immune function, nutrition, hormones, and environmental exposures. Together, they provide a comprehensive foundation for establishing a baseline and tracking changes over time.

Estimated days for results: Results should arrive 21 business days after the lab has received the sample.
The TruAge + TruHealth Combination Kit brings together two complementary assessments from a single blood collection, pairing insights into biological aging with epigenetic indicators of health. TruAge assesses biological age through OMICmAge, pace of aging through DunedinPACE, and aging across 11 organ systems through SYMPHONYAge. TruHealth adds context through markers related to metabolic health, inflammation, immune function, nutrition, hormones, and environmental exposures.
The combined assessment includes telomere length and relative tobacco and alcohol exposure scores, alongside health markers such as glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol, CRP, and selected vitamins and fatty acids. These epigenetic insights help providers explore patterns across aging and health within one coordinated testing workflow.
For practices establishing a baseline or following patients over time, the Combination Kit provides a foundation for provider-guided wellness discussions and longitudinal monitoring. Repeat assessments can help track changes in reported measures alongside lifestyle changes, patient history, and other clinical information. Retesting intervals should reflect the individual’s goals and the provider’s judgment.
Epigenetic testing examines DNA methylation patterns, adding a different perspective to conventional laboratory testing. Epigenetic estimates of health markers should be interpreted alongside directly measured laboratory values, patient history, and clinical judgment. They are complementary information, not interchangeable with conventional blood test results or a stand-alone diagnosis.
The Combination Kit is a wellness test intended to provide epigenetic and biological-aging insights that support provider-guided wellness planning, patient education, lifestyle-focused care, and longitudinal monitoring. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
