Details

TruHealth is a comprehensive epigenetic health panel measuring 105+ methylation-based biomarkers across 19 biological systems from a single blood sample. It provides systems-level insight into nutrition, glycemic and metabolic function, mitochondrial and oxidative status, lipids and vascular health, immune and inflammatory signaling, toxin exposure burden, and neurocognitive and stress systems. Results are designed to complement conventional labs by revealing sustained biological patterns rather than near-term snapshots.

TruHealth is the only comprehensive, clinically trained and validated epigenetic health panel measuring 105+ biomarkers across 19 biological systems, validated in a population of more than 61,000 participants. The panel is organized into seven clinical categories designed to map to how providers actually think about a patient:
  • Nutrition — reveals long-term nutritional deficiencies that are upstream of symptoms.
  • Glycemic & Metabolic — maps metabolic load and flexibility as a sustained signal.
  • Mitochondrial & Oxidative — assesses whether cellular energy systems have the capacity to sustain health and respond to intervention.
  • Lipids & Vascular — assesses vascular cardiometabolic risk beyond a basic cholesterol panel.
  • Immune & Inflammation — detects chronic inflammation often hidden as mildly abnormal in standard blood serum.
  • Toxins & Exposures — identifies the non-obvious exposure burden that may be quietly driving biology.
  • Neurocognitive & Stress — identifies whether cognitive and stress-response systems are under biological strain.

Epigenetic biomarkers are model-derived estimates generated from DNA methylation patterns associated with specific biologic pathways, not direct serum or urine measurements of analytes. This is the key distinction from conventional labs. Many blood-based biomarkers reflect circulating analytes that fluctuate with meals, hydration, acute stress, illness, medications, or time of day. Epigenetic biomarkers reflect longer-horizon biological patterns, typically over months to years. TruHealth is not intended to replace conventional labs; it adds a complementary layer of biological insight that supports longitudinal tracking, lifestyle targeting, and clinical follow-up.

TruHealth is most useful when a provider needs to answer:
  • Which systems may need additional clinical attention?
  • What is driving a patient's symptoms when standard panels read as normal or borderline?
  • Is an intervention producing measurable systemic change?

Collection is a single blood sample, completed at home. Recommended retesting is every 3 months on an active care plan, every 6 months for stable follow-up, and annually for long-term maintenance.

TruHealth is a wellness test intended to provide epigenetic insights that support provider-guided wellness planning, patient education, lifestyle-focused care, and longitudinal monitoring. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
