- Please read the provided test collection instructions carefully.
- DO NOT collect your sample while you are taking methylene blue. Blue urine samples will be immediately rejected by the lab.
- DO NOT collect your sample while you are menstruating.
- DO NOT collect your sample while you have a urinary tract infection.
48 Hours Before Collection
- Avoid the following foods and beverages:

Night Before Collection
- Avoid excessive fluid intake the evening before collection. If your sample is too dilute, it will not be able to be analyzed.
Day of Collection
- Ship your sample the day you collect it.
- If you cannot ship your sample the same day as collection, freeze it until the time of shipment.
