  • DO NOT take biotin/vitamin B7.

12 Hours Before Collection
  • You must fast for 10-12 hours Before Collection.
    • Fasting means you don't eat or drink anything except water.
    • Your doctor should provide any special instructions related to fasting for your test. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Day of Collection
  • Collect your sample within one hour of waking.
