This advanced fertility panel combines foundational fertility markers with LCMS-measured reproductive steroid hormones to provide a more complete evaluation of endocrine and reproductive function. It measures anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), cortisol, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAs), and prolactin together with estradiol (E2), progesterone (Pg), and testosterone (T).
This panel is useful for investigating infertility, irregular menstrual cycles, ovulatory disorders, PMOS/PCOS, luteal phase concerns, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive aging.
AMH, LH, and FSH assess ovarian reserve and represent the pituitary regulation of the ovaries. Estradiol reflects ovarian estrogen production important for ovulation and uterine pregnancy readiness, progesterone provides insight into ovulation and luteal function, and testosterone evaluates androgen balance. TSH assesses thyroid support of fertility and menstrual cycle regulation. Cortisol and DHEAs provide information on adrenal function and stress-related influences on reproductive hormones. Prolactin helps identify pituitary causes of ovulatory dysfunction.
