This panel measures 2 toxic metals and 4 nutrient minerals in blood spot. Mercury and cadmium are common toxic elements that we are exposed to through diet as well as through our environment. These metals interfere with our healthy hormone functions as well as acting on certain tissue as a hormone. This test also looks at common nutrients that are commonly supplementated and serve as co-factors for healthy brain and body health.

Day of Collection
- Read the provided test collection instructions carefully.
- Watch the test collection video.
- You can collect your sample at any time.
- If you have recently had an MRI with gadolinium contrast, wait at least 96 hours before collecting your sample.
3 Days Before Collection
- DO NOT take biotin/vitamin B7.
Day of Collection
- Collect your sample within one hour of waking.
