The Menstrual Cycle Mapping consists of 15 urine samples collected throughout the menstrual cycle. It maps estrogen, progesterone and LH to identify ovulation and assess hormone patterns.

Estimated days for results: Results should arrive 8-10 business days after the lab receives samples.

Before You Start
Collection Period
Day of Each Collection
- Read the provided test collection instructions carefully.
- Watch the test collection video.
- If you are currently using hormone therapy (including birth control pills or IUDs), consult your healthcare practitioner before completing this test.
- Limit doses of biotin/vitamin B7 to less than 1 mg during the collection month.
Collection Period
- You will start your collection on Day 7 of your menstrual cycle and collect one sample every other day.
- Day 1 is the first day of your period.
- Collect until you start your next period OR until you run out of collection cards.
- NOTE: It is okay if you collect all cards and still have a few days before your next period starts.
Day of Each Collection
- Collect your first morning urination.
- Avoid the following activities until you have collected your sample:
- Eating
- Drinking anything but water
- Drinking more than 8 oz of water
- Taking vitamins or supplements
- Taking medications
