B12 testing is available through you physicaian or through an independent lab.
--Folic Acid (Vitamin B9): Metformin may also affect the absorption of folic acid, leading to lower levels of this essential nutrient, which is important for DNA synthesis and repair.
--Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10): Metformin might reduce the levels of CoQ10 in the body, a nutrient important for energy production and antioxidant protection. Researchers found that, "CoQ10 add-on metformin therapy improves endothelial dysfunction and inflammatory changes in patients with T2DM" [PMC6943859]
