This is for educational purposes only and any supplementation should be discussed with your healthcare provider. ✔️try adding in nutrients from fatty fish {like salmon}, nuts, colorful veggies. Lack of certain nutrients like omega 3 fatty acids, iron, Zn, Magnesium have been shown to be common in these kiddos. If they won’t eat them, choose a fish oil and multivitamin or at a bare minimum, fish oil and minerals. ✔️try eliminating the largest culprits of inflammation and mood in their food: processed breads, pastas, desserts, fast food, and anything in a package. If you must reach for a package, choose organic. ✔️up the exercise! Active minds crave movement, so walks, playtime, sports, recess, interactive learning can be game changers. ✔️teach them mindfulness skills through breathing, yoga, etc. it can help with impulse control.

2 more items in Foundational Nutrients: Essential PackThe foundational nutrients everyone should consider are fish oil, vitamin D, probiotics, and a multi-vitamin. You need to choose your multi-vitamin option first: If you're a woman of child-bearing age, thyroid issues, or heavy periods, you may want to consider the Alpha Base w/iron as your multi-vitamin. Fish Oil option is listed below, too. Choose the options that fit your needs best. This is not medical advice but rather education. Please consult with your primary care physician before implementing any healthcare initiatives.

Migraine Relief resource 1There are so many sources of etiology for this type of issue that it’s hard to treat for that reason. If you haven’t done your due diligence digging around for the culprit, you will never find the root cause. Root causes that I see being most common for MIGRAINES are: food sensitivities (especially things like gluten, lactose, and eggs) diet sweeteners (check labels for sucralose, aspartame, truvia, equal, etc) caffeine (coffee, soda, chocolate all have caffeine and this can be a trigger for those that don’t metabolize it well) hormones (especially when progesterone is low or women find migraines cyclical to their menstrual cycle) stress (this is a seriously overlooked trigger for tons of health issues) magnesium deficiency underactive mitochondria due to chronic diseases such as autoimmunity, cancer, or chronic infection dehydration Below is a set of nutrients that support these issues. This is not medical advice and simply for educational purposes. Always check with your doctor before changing medications.
