Iron deficiency

The dosing on these product labels is for maintaining current iron stores. Higher doses will be needed for iron deficiency. Please check with your provider and check your iron levels before starting any iron replacement product. Too much iron can be dangerous. Please follow your practitioner's guidelines. The liquid iron will improve numbers most quickly. Please rinse your mouth with water after taking it to avoid possible temporary teeth discoloration.

Joint Pain/Arthritis

You do not necessarily need all three of these supplements for joint pain and arthritis. You may want to start with one for several weeks to assess improvement before adding another. As always, please check with your doctor/health care provider before starting any supplement to ensure you do not have any contraindications or interactions with other medications/supplements.
