"This should be started at 1 twice a day and increased as tolerated. The maximum dose is 2 capsules twice per day. This occasionally may cause GI upset at higher doses. Titrating up slowly will lessen the chance of this happening. Do not take if you are on blood thinners or within 2 weeks of surgery."
