MTHFR - Homocysteine Supreme
Concentrated methylated (activated) B-vitamins. Can be used by anyone, but are essential for those with MTHFR gene mutations. To start with Homocysteine Supreme, take: * 1 capsule daily with food for 1 week. * Increase this dose to 2 capsules per day for one week. * Finally, take 3 capsules per day; some people find taking 2 in the AM and then one at lunchtime works best. Because of the higher energy from B-vitamins, it is recommended that you do not take any after 2-3 PM. NOTE: If B-vitamin absorption has been hindered (especially by MTHFR mutations), there can be some detoxification symptoms as your cells begin to dump metabolic waste. Follow the recommended dosing protocol and you should be fine, however if you have feelings of headache, sour stomach, etc, do not increase your dose until those symptoms have disappeared. Glutathione is the master antioxidant and is found in almost every cell of our body. Glutathione is a detoxifier of heavy metals and is considered an essential antioxidant factor in slowing aging. This product is essential for those with conditions such as, cancer, neuropathy, MS, Parkinson’s, ADHD, lung disease, heart disease, fibromyalgia, liver disease, kidney disease and inflammation. Since glutathione is a detoxifier, it is important to start “slow and low” – that is, start with 1/8 tsp on an EMPTY STOMACH followed by a glass of water. Wait at least 30 minutes before eating. If there are no observable signs of detoxification (headache, feeling sluggish, etc), you can increase the dose to ¼ tsp the next day. Each day you can double the dose until you reach 1-tsp. For those with more serious conditions, you can take more and you can take multiple times per day, but please discuss this with Dr. Roundy before doing so.

Gallbladder flush resource 1Materials: 1 gallon of apple juice 2 ounces of ortho-phosphoric acid (Phosfood from Standard Process or Orthophos from Nutra-Dyn) Cal Amo (Standard Process) Epsom salts Whipping cream and berries Olive oil Bentonite liquid (optional) Add one-half bottle (one ounce) of ortho-phosphoric acid to the gallon of apple juice, and shake. Over the next three to five days, drink the full bottle of juice (this usually breaks down to about 3—4 full glasses a day, best taken between meals). Be sure to rinse your mouth out with baking soda or brush your teeth after drinking the juice to prevent the acid from damaging the teeth. While drinking the apple juice, eat normally. Take your coffee enemas as you normally would throughout the procedure. On the last day of the procedure (the day you finish the apple juice) take two capsules of Cal Amo immediately before breakfast and two capsules of Cal Amo immediately before lunch. Two hours after lunch, take 1-2 tablespoons of Epsom salts dissolved in a small amount of warm water. Add juice to cover the taste, if desired. Five hours after lunch, take 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts dissolved in warm water. Add juice if desired. Six or seven hours after lunch, eat a dinner of heavy whipping cream and fruit, as much as desired. Any fruit is acceptable; most patients generally prefer a mixture of berries, either frozen or fresh. The mixture of fruit can be blenderized to make a shake. With dinner, take one Cal Amo. One half hour before bedtime, drink 1/4 cup of bentonite liquid. (optional) At bedtime, drink 1/2 cup olive oil. A small amount of orange, grapefruit or lemon juice may be added if desired. Immediately after finishing the oil, go to bed and lie on the right side with knees drawn up for 30 minutes. You may feel nauseated during the night, due to the release of stored toxins from the gallbladder and liver. This is normal, and will pass. To us it is a good sign because it means the procedure is working. On the next day, eat normally. Take two (2) Cal Amo with breakfast, two (2) Cal Amo with lunch and one Cal Amo with dinner. The Liver Flush, in a simpler version, was first used during the 1920’s as a means of improving liver function. The procedure we recommend is a refinement of the original technique, and serves several important functions. First, the ortho-phosphoric acid helps remove calcium and lipids (fats) from arteries, and normalizes cholesterol metabolism. The phosphoric acid, working with malic acid found in apple juice, also dissolves and softens gallstones in the gallbladder. The magnesium in the Epsom salts relaxes the sphincter of the gallbladder and bile ducts, allowing for easy passage of the softened, shrunken stones. Finally, the cream and the oil cause a strong contraction of the gallbladder and liver, forcing out stored wastes, bile, and stones, which easily pass into the small intestine. These wastes and stones are then excreted. We have found that the liver flush is a simple way of removing gallstones without surgery, while at the same time, lowering cholesterol levels and improving liver function.
