    DIM Detox is my favorite all-around supplement for estrogen dominance. It contains DIM, Calcium D-glucarate, and NAC to help to support hormone balance and reduce the impact of estrogen on the body. It supports the full process of hormone metabolism from the liver through the gut which is key in preventing estrogen overload. Pro and prebiotics like Megasore and Megapre support the gut in it's detox efforts. The gut is the final site of detoxification for hormones and if we only support the liver but don't support the gut, we may not actually make any progress. Ensuring we start with gut health is key in really reducing estrogen dominance symptoms.

    All my favorite supplements to support PCOS! Not all of these will be right for you, but these are the products I choose from when creating protocols for clients. Here's a little about each: Prenatal Pro- a high quality prenatal vitamin functions like a multivitamin for those with menstrual cycles. This particular one has methylated B vitamins and choline to help you bridge nutrient gaps that are common in PCOS. MegaPre- this is a great PRE-biotic, it helps feed the good bacteria in your gut Megaspore- my all time favorite product to help rebuild beneficial bacteria in the gut DIM Detox- Support PCOS by helping with our liver and gut detoxification systems- basically helps us clear extra hormones from the system and is a favorite of mine to use in estrogen dominance. NAC- my favorite PCOS product- a powerful antioxidant that helps with most PCOS symptoms, including acne and facial hair Alpha Lipoic Acid- an antioxidant helpful for insulin resistance Co-Q-10- important for egg quality and heart health, CoQ10 helps with a lot of the underlying issues of PCOS as well Berberine- great for those who struggle with high blood sugar and possible overgrowths like SIBO Sensitol- a powerful combination of inositols (in the ideal ratio) and alpha lipoic acid, great for helping insulin resistance and PCOS symptoms. L-theanine- a helpful component that is calming for anxiety. I like to take it during stressful days because it doesn't make me sleepy Magnesium Glycinate- magnesium is a common nutrient deficiency in PCOS and supplementing with this more absorbable form can help with symptoms like facial hair and also relax you Passionflower- Promotes GABA, the anti-anxiety neurotransmitter. Helpful when your mind is running at night and you can't sleep. Phosphatidyl Serine- helps balance adrenals Zinc- zinc supplementation can help with facial hair and other PCOS symptoms Selenium- Extra selenium helps support thyroid function and can help reduce facial hair SPM active- Specialized Pro-Resolving mediators are powerful anti-inflammatory components from fish oil in a concentrated form Vitex- Can be helpful for regulating periods in PCOS- I recommend using this with a practitioners help Saw Palmetto- can help reduce facial hair in PCOS and androgen excess
