Gut & Hormone Health is foundational and what is needing to be balanced before most things can become effective. This is because you need to be able to absorb and utilize what you are taking. If you have any motility issues (constipation, diarrhea, a combination), reflux, gas, bloating, skin rashes, food intolerances, and many more signs of dysbiosis, start with MegaGuard. Do that for 6-8 weeks, or until more regularity happens and other GI symptoms get better. Also, add in restoreflora for 8 weeks or longer, then switch to megasporotic. MegaIgG is another way to help when having low immunity, allergies/intolerances, skin issues, and many more symptoms. It's best to be regular before adding MegaIgG in. MegaPre can help and should be taken 4-6 weeks after adding in the probiotic to help the right bacteria grow. This is a beginner protocol.
