Your body builds hormones out of nutrients and clears them using nutrients. Hormonal birth control, chronic stress, restrictive eating, and years of high-output work all deplete the same short list: B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and folate. Keep in mind Foundation runs  continuously and underneath  every other protocol in this system. It is never the thing you stop when we add something new. Expect four to eight weeks before you feel the shift. Nutrient repletion is a tissue-level process, not a same-week one. We use activated forms of certain nutrients. A meaningful percentage of people cannot efficiently convert the standard forms sold retail, which is why an over-the-counter equivalent often produces no result. If we suspect bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine, one component of Foundation is deliberately removed. Do not add it back on your own — in that setting it reliably makes symptoms worse.
