These are some of my favorite products for littles! I do typically recommend vitamin D and DHA for kiddos a year and older. For breastfed babies, if solids are not going well at 6-7 months, I do recommend adding in an iron supplement, potentially zinc if iron and zinc intake are poor at a year. For children who are vegetarian/vegan, highly suggest a multivitamin to support choline, preformed vitamin A, and zinc levels. And for digestive concerns, eczema, c-section delivery or antibiotics at birth, or antibiotic exposure, I recommend considering a probiotic. *This is not medical advice and I do suggest working with your medical practitioner or doing a full assessment with me to determine what supplements might be warranted.
