For as long as I can remember, I’ve been navigating the complex world of health, wellness, and even illness. Not only providing nutrition and wellness services for others, but I was personally diagnosed with Sjogren’s Disease nearly 30 years ago, and survived a carbon monoxide poisoning event. I’ve experienced firsthand what it means to live with chronic illness, fatigue, and unanswered questions. My healing journey has shaped not only my resilience but my mission. Whether you’re struggling with chronic symptoms, navigating burnout, or simply want to optimize your health, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, regain energy, and move forward one small, meaningful step at a time.
