Here is a list of my top cold and flu support products. I include both capsules and liquid for the same vitamin so that you can choose which one is right for you. I recommend choosing 2-3 supplements. I do recommend getting tested for vitamin D so that you can dose correctly. I can run vitamin D through my office for $36. If you know your vitamin D level from a recent blood test I can help you find the right dose. I have included two Chinese herbal supplements which I recommend in addition to vitamins when cold/flu symptoms develop.
