All of these supplements are recommended for male partners trying to conceive (even if semen parameters look good, we can support them to look better!). :-) Please note that the FH Pro for men is pricey for a daily multi, but it contains a lot of other thinks like L-Carnitine and Ubiquinol, so you're getting several "supplements" in that one product (so no need to add an additional L-Carnitine supplement if you're taking that FH Pro for Men).
