Take 1. For O blood types and/or those with congestion, thyroid diseases and/or kidney diseases as a primary complaint (due to contents of n-acetyl glucosamine, n-acetyl cysteine and bladderwrack inside). Deflect B may be used for above conditions due to these components, besides bladderwrack inside, especially - perhaps obviously - for B blood types. Adults take 2 caps 1-3 x per day (depending on lectin consumption-repair status) including 2+ capsules with any lectin containing meal. Children may take emptied contents of 1/2 capsule mixed with fluid or food to 1 capsule 1-3 x per day for lectin related symptomatic relief and repair.
