Suggested Use / Directions:
For each product in kit: MegaSporeBiotic: Week 1: Take 1 capsule every other day. Week 2: Take 1 capsule daily. Week 3-4+: Take 2 capsules daily. Take with a meal. MegaPre Capsules: Week 5: Take 3 capsules daily. Week 6-8+: Take 6 capsules daily. Take with or without a meal. MegaMucosa Powder: Week 9: Add 1/2 scoop to 16 oz water daily. Week 10-12+: Add 1 scoop to 16 oz water daily. Take with or without a meal.
