Brooke Davis

I'm Brooke Davis, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who works with women in midlife who've been told their labs are "normal" while their bodies say otherwise. Here's the thing about normal ranges: they're built from a broad population, most of whom aren't optimally healthy. They can miss the exact patterns showing up in your body right now. That's why every bloodwork analysis I do goes deeper. I'm not just checking boxes against standard ranges. I'm looking at optimal ranges, cross-referencing markers against each other, and finding the patterns that explain what you've been feeling for months (or years). You'll walk away with a clear picture of what's actually happening in your hormones, your metabolism, your gut, and your energy production, plus exactly what to prioritize first. No guessing. No generic advice. Just real answers, backed by your own data.
