    Choose between biocidin liquid and capsules, both are the same formula just a different delivery. I recommend taking Biocidin, GI Detox, and S Boullardi according to the dosage noted for 4 weeks, then moving on to ProFlora 4R and MegaIGG.

    These are my top supplements for pregnancy support. Note that the WeNatal Prenatal already has 4000 IU of Vitamin D so you'd only need to add additional if you are below 60 ng/mL. It also has 400mg of choline which is significant, but I like to see us getting 500-900 mg. If eggs, liver and grassfed beef are a regular part of your diet, you may be able to skip additional choline.
