Woodsy, sweet, and comforting with pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. 15 drops copaiba (known for its powerful pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties) 8 drops frankincense (calming and anti-inflammatory) 8 drops cypress (supports circulation and relieves muscle pain and cramps) 10 drops lavende r (a calming note to add softness and reduce muscle tension) 5 drops sweet orange (provides an uplifting and balancing citrus note) Always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before using!
