    Hey there! I recommend picking one of the probiotics. I love both MegaSporebiotic and ProbioMed. Either one start every other day for one week and then up to one a day. I often rotate them throughout the year for different gut health support. If you have a little one that you want on a probiotic (under 4) put them on the kids ProbioMed. I pulled two options for the glutathione- one is a capsule, the other liquid. My kids don't like the taste of the liquid- so they prefer the capsule, but if you have kids who can't swallow pills- the liquid with a drink afterwards should work. The MegaMarine is the least- fishy fish oil I've found and it works well. If you need a liquid the Nordic Naturals Cod Liver Oil is a great option. Lastly, my kids are on the Seeking Health Kid's multivitamin. It comes in a a chewable and capsule from Seekinghealth.com and they run a BOGO 2-3 times a year. It fills in all the nutritional gaps. I don't have a discount code for it currently. Another decent option is the Mary Ruth's Organics from Whole Foods- but it doesn't have as many vitamins.
