Start with Glutagenics 1 scoop daily (great after coffee or on waking; better to drink just in water, can use as much water as you want to dilute flavor) & 2 SPMs daily (anytime). Consider digestive enzymes (digestion GB) with meals (2) and (1) with snacks & magnesium glycinate before bed. If female (non-menopausal) add Calcium d glucarate after 2 weeks; note it is NOT a calcium source sufficient for meeting those needs.
