Of this list I use the Moon Valley Organics but have not tried the others as of yet. I have only reviewed their ingredients. I have no information yet on whether they are third party tested for heavy metals, PFAS, or other contaminants which are common in even “Organic”, “Clean” and “Green” skincare products because of production processes. These are products that are used by dermatologists & aestheticians. To learn more about toxins in products, this is a good article . These are the supplements I give my own children for focus and emotional support. The Pediatric multi is a powder that Includes inositol and blends into a “juice” which they love. The magnesium can be added to it. I have included three forms of fish oil depending on what different kids tolerate. Mine swallow the capsules but there is both a liquid and gummy option. I also give them a daily dose of vitamin D as is necessary in the Pacific Northwest. If you’re above the 35th parallel you need to supplement vitamin D. 2000 IU for children and 5000 for adults, minimum. See your ND or Functional Medicine Doctor if you believe you need more.
