Here is what we use as out first defenses of illness in our home. Most supplementation can be used for mom and baby. D hist and Megaviron are strictly for children over 12 and adults. Herbal and Homeopathic medications have kept us strong. Below is what I have in my home. My child is 18months. Dosing is different for a child under 1, but most are safe. Always check with your pediatrician first. We have not needed Benadryl or Tyleno, but I would use Genexa brand if needed as it is clean.
