Crystal Karges's Dispensary
Nourishment support for motherhood and recovery
Welcome, friend. I created this space for mothers navigating eating disorder recovery through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My hope is to make supplement choices feel a little simpler and less overwhelming. These collections are thoughtfully curated, but they are not a substitute for individualized care. You do not have to get nourishment “perfect” to care for yourself well. You deserve care, too. Please reach out for more individualized help & support; you're not alone!
