Perimenopause & Menopause: Blood Sugar, Bone & Inflammation Support

This foundational protocol is designed to support the changing needs of women through perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on nutrient sufficiency, muscle and bone health, gut health, inflammation, and metabolic resilience. Metagenics Women’s Essential Pack Prime provides comprehensive daily vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids to help fill nutritional gaps and support healthy aging, bone, cardiovascular, and metabolic health. Creatine powder supports strength, lean muscle, exercise performance, bone health, and healthy aging—especially important as maintaining muscle becomes more challenging through the menopause transition. Ortho Biotic Women’s provides targeted probiotic support for the gut and vaginal microbiomes, helping support digestive, immune, and women’s health. Think of this as your daily foundation: cover the nutrient bases, protect muscle and bone, and support a healthy gut as your body’s needs evolve.
