Immune Boosting for Cold & Flu season

+55 more items in Immune Boosting for Cold & Flu season

Patients are asking us what we recommend to boost their immune system during this intense cold and flu season. We are suggesting patients of all ages take extra vitamin C, zinc, probiotics, vitamin D (in the form of cod liver oil or pills), to start. You could include elderberry as well. If you feel you are at increased risk because people around you are coughing and sneezing, or you start to feel symptoms come on, we would suggest cold away (for most types of colds), clear air (for chest and lung congestion and deep coughs), astra isatis (for viral infections and inflammation including lymphatic swelling and fatigue), Soothing Throat Spray (for direct treatment of sore throats). We have many other choices and options. We wanted to set this up as a starting point for those who would like this information. We are very available to help with your specific situation and make specific recommendations. The benefit of the online dispensary is threefold: you can order from the comfort of your own home, supplements are discounted and there is free shipping on orders over $45.
