Blood Pressure Support

Welcome Current and New Clients! I wanted to give back this holiday season and what a better way than to help partner with you to create health and wellness for my new and current clients and perhaps you’d like to pass this along to your friends in need also. If you happen to be adverse to supplements or consistent supplementing you can do items like these as needed unless your trying to reverse a disease state in progress. I decided to curate specialized nutrients to support certain health conditions! Especially this time of year, clients don’t always have the extra monies to spend on consultations, so I fast tracked a few protocols just for you this holiday season, so you can stay in ship shape supporting your body with the nutrients it needs to maximize your health, energy and fun this season! Maintaining healthy blood pressure goes a long way toward ensuring overall good health. There are many things you can do to lower blood pressure naturally. Below are my supplement recommendations, but diet and lifestyle are important too, and can help a lot if you don’t have a disease state already in progress, so if you don’t enjoy the food based options, but if you do, supplement protocol is below. We aren’t always perfect and that’s ok, but it’s always good to note that due to soil erosion and lack of rotation of crops, being a continued negligence, whether we like it or not, depleted nutrients in our food are unfortunately an issue that will continue to get worse in non-organic and not to mention GMO foods. Here’s what you need to follow in your diet to support healthy blood pressure! Diet: Follow the Mediterranean Diet, which is rich in organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fresh fish and healthy fats (omega-3s), garlic, onions, and olive oil. Organic foods are automatically GMO free and have way less pesticides and less toxic ones so when you can, organic is the best option. They have also been proven to have high nutrient levels. Also increase potassium by eating potassium-rich foods such as bananas, avocados, green leafy vegetables, salmon, lentils, and dark chocolate. Drink more water. Avoid sugar and inflammatory foods. Eat several small meals and avoid snacking. Lifestyle: exercise for at least 20 minutes a day (walking, dancing, biking, yoga); Emotional Health: reduce stress and feel healthy emotionally with some relaxation tips – soothing music, mental imaging, massage, meditation, pets, laughter and fun; Earthing by simply walking barefoot on a lawn, park or beach, which has an anti-inflammatory effect on your body.
