    When I am concerned myself of a family member has been exposed to mold, I have 3 supplements that I incorporate-a gentle binder (fiber or pectasol), anti-inflammatory curcumin, and glutathione for antioxidant activity. I also travel with these supplements as hotels, beach homes, and airbnbs are often moldy. I have included individual packet options that are great for travel.
