Hello out there in the 4 Pillars Community, I receive questions frequently about immune support during this time of COVID. As with all issues, the cornerstones of a healthy immune system and immune response are the 4 Pillars — food, movement, relaxation and community. Many of our routines have been disrupted during this pandemic, and maintaining those 4 Pillars can be challenging. However, we must continue to put our focus there and often find new ways to bolster these in our lives. I recently reviewed my 4x4 Lifestyle Plan, created before COVID, to make sure the recommendations were still applicable and I think they are, even if some require some minor tweaks for appropriate physical distancing. For those wishing to augment the 4 Pillars and other lifestyle approaches, I have included some products that I frequently use and/or recommend.
