Prenatals

These are some of my favorite prenatals. Some contain iron, some don't and some are specific to those that may be sensitive to methylated vitamins.

Iron

Make sure to take your iron away from thyroid medication and other supplements. And be sure to take 500-1000mg of Vit C with iron to help adequate absorption. Many supplements contain vitamin C, but not an adequate amount, so I recommend supplementing with an additional C. These supplements are non-heme based.
