2 more items in IronMake sure to take your iron away from thyroid medication and other supplements. And be sure to take 500-1000mg of Vit C with iron to help adequate absorption. Many supplements contain vitamin C, but not an adequate amount, so I recommend supplementing with an additional C. These supplements are non-heme based.
